Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product, you may do so within 7 working days after receiving the products.  All products must be unused and in original packaging. Ensure that the products are packaged and labelled effectively so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you retain proof of postage in the event that the products go missing, as products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them You must contact Harvey Wicks prior to returning the products and we will refund any payment that you have already made upon receipt of the returned item within 28 days in its original packaging and condition.
